PRINT DESIGN
Each of the works found in this section are print based jobs.
My objective when developing a printed piece is to make sure that the design successfully communicates my message by focusing on the elements of Concept, Typography, Color and Audience.
This ad campaign was developed for Wheeled Coach. With the intention to target the market of sport-loving fire fighters and EMTs.
This poster was created to promote a program that would be televised during black history month on the BET Network. By using a currently popular artist the topic of soul music would appeal to a younger demographic.
The Idea is simple: Tedious lists and tasks would be easier with a Palm PDA.
Who doesn't do this!? I know I do, in fact, that's my hand. Not my real shopping list though, I don't go for bean dip.
Poster created with the themes "Face Tomorrow" and "Hire Me". The best way to get noticed when applying for a job, or when facing difficulty is to just put yourself out there. Just like raising your hand to get noticed in school.
One could really get to know me by reading through this poster.
This poster was created for Valencia's 2007 student art show. To promote awareness among the student body that work was being accepted for that year's art show. The browns were used to give the piece an "established" feel, rather than make it seem like a rather new event. The orange makes important information pop.
This magazine cover design was created for the Student Design issue of Print. Emphasizing "crappy design" among recent design school graduates.
This editorial spread was created to promote awareness of the personal/ environmental perks of owning a hybrid car.
